1 Introduction and Acceptance

10 Availability and Limitation of Liability

11 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Mega999 account through support. Before closure, pending wagers may be settled and valid remaining funds may be returned after identity and payment checks. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from transactions completed before closure.
Mega999 may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, failed eligibility requirement, security risk, prolonged inactivity, prohibited conduct or responsible gambling concern. Where appropriate, Mega999 will communicate the reason and explain any action required to resolve a temporary restriction.
12 Complaints and Contact
If you believe a transaction, wager or account decision is incorrect, contact Mega999 support with your username, the relevant transaction or wager reference, the date and a clear description of the issue.
